Refund Policy

During the first 30 days of service, you are entitled to a full, no questions asked refund excluding as set forth in sections 5.7.1, 5.7.2, and 12.5 of our Terms of Service, as well as exclusions listed in section 1 of our Terms of Service.

For this refund, you must lodge a support request via our Support System. After the first 30 days of service, you will not be entitled to a refund for cancellation.

You will not be entitled to a refund on these basis if you have previously had an account with ebox limited under any plan or service.

Allow up to 30 (thirty) days for refund payments to process. If you have not received refund within this time allotment; please contact us. All refunds will be issued via Paddle to the credit card or PayPal account from which the payment was made.
